Step 1 — Request a Quote

Step 2 — Site Assessment

Before your pool is built, we confirm site details with you — crane access route, ground conditions, preferred pool position and any local council requirements you may need to meet.

Step 3 — Site Preparation

You will need a level concrete pad or engineered footings in place before delivery. We advise on the exact specification based on your pool size and ground conditions. Most site preps take 1–3 days through a local concretor.

Step 4 — Pool Build

Your pool is built at our Lowood, Queensland facility. Every pool is plumbed, finished and pressure-tested before it leaves our yard. No on-site construction — just a complete, inspected pool arriving at your door.

Step 5 — Delivery Day

One truck. One crane. One day. Your pool is transported to site, craned into its final position and connections are made by our installation crew. Most installs are completed in a single day on site.

Step 6 — Fill and Swim

Once the pool is commissioned and filled, it is ready to use. We walk you through the filtration system and hand over any documentation including your 10-year structural warranty.
